Change of Mind
No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of item. If confirmed faulty, you may receive a replacement, repair, or refund.
Incorrect Items
Notify us within 7 days. We'll send the correct item and arrange the return of the incorrect one.
Return Process
We do not offer returns unless the item is faulty or proven that it was not as was pictured or described on the website as per Australian Law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@velzysol.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, we will only exchange for a new item if your item is faulty.
Refunds
We do not refund unless your item is faulty, if that happens you’ll need to provide photo evidence & post the item back to us & then the item will be inspected and once approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund into your account.
